Google Analytics (GA4) via Firebase

To keep purchase and refund reporting accurate even when a browser blocks client-side scripts, our servers also send purchase and refund events to GA4 via the Google Measurement Protocol after a payment settles. This data is collected only after you grant consent.
Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity provides aggregated behavioral analytics and session replay (recordings of interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation) that help us diagnose usability issues. Clarity loads only after you accept our consent banner and never before.
Sentry Error Monitoring
We use Sentry to detect and diagnose crashes and errors so we can fix them quickly. Basic error reporting is essential to keeping the Platform reliable and remains active regardless of your choice. Sentry’s optional session replay, which records a visual reconstruction of a session around an error, is enabled only after you grant consent.
First-Party Telemetry
We record limited first-party product telemetry on our own servers (for example exam-session reliability signals and learning-progress events) to operate features, keep your progress accurate, and improve the learning experience. This data stays within our systems and is not sold.
